I live about two hundred miles away from integrity and I seen my dream truck on a website called Carguru. We worked together on a price and made a deal. The salesman was nice. The manager was great to deal with and they even delivered the truck to me two hundred miles away! Integrity Ford rules!!
I purchased a used truck here and to start they told me they accepted my offer and when they wrote up the paperwork they wrote it up for $25 more than my offer , but I let it slide , i wasnt going to raise a fuss over $25. my biggest issue is that the truck was still under bumper to bumper warranty at the time of purchase. the chrome was flaking off of the wheels so I contacted the dealership and emailed the dealership pictures of the wheels. after several days of no answer i went to my home town dealership and they contacted integrity ford and they said the pictures i sent weren't good enough ( would have been nice if they told me that ). My hometown dealership took pictures and sent them to integrity ford. the next day i got a call from integrity ford saying those pictures weren't sufficient! They were taken by a Ford Dealership and they weren't good enough?! I took 30 pictures and labeled them with masking tape and I clearly pointed out the damage and sent them to the salesman as I was instructed to do. I called 2 days later and checked on the progress and the service manager informed me that the salesman had the pictures but he hasn't seen them yet. Instead of walking up and looking at the pictures , he offered to transfer my call to the salesman. I asked if I could just send the pictures directly to him. I sent the pictures to him. I have now sent pictures to the dealership 3 times myself , and another dealership took their own pictures and sent them also. The ford dealership said ford approved replacing 3 out of my 4 wheels. I asked why the 4th wheel wasn't covered and he said he didn't know, he didn't make the decision. i know from talking to my hometown dealer and ford customer service, that if an item is denied for warranty replacement a reason would be given and he didn't share the reason with me.I explained my frustration to the service manager that I have had to send pictures to the dealership 4 times , and that their communication is awful, and that only 3 of my 4 wheels are covered even though they are all flaking. the service manager cut me off and said i was preaching to the wrong choir, he didn't sell me the truck, he has nothing into it, and he could transfer me to the salesman. I don't have a sales issue , I have a service issue. This issue is still unresolved , and they have been awful to work with and rude. I will never purchase another vehicle from Integrity ford, and I strongly advise others to do the same. Their customer service is non-existent, and it is clear they don't care about their customers.
Drove 6 hours to look st a truck they said is 100% rust free and we wouldn't be disappointed. Go there and is far from that rockers and the bed were starting to rust. Waste of time and fuel.
Don't buy a used truck from this place they try to hide rust and any problems with it. If you look they sprayed everything that is rusting under with a under coating to hide the rust or the will put fender covers on it.
one three hour drive to look at a truck that wouldn't disappoint...well let me tell you i wanna kill myself. waste of gas time and above all these people are about as good as ann frank at hiding rust. Hellen keller could have spotted the rust and the 1/4 in thick undercoating from a 100yrds away. $18,000 please. Steer clear
