He did what he said he would plus all cars purchased were good machines. Had to turn down one car but they were very good about the rejection!!
I found a truck I was interested in online from this used car place. I spoke with Tom about the truck. Based upon the information I was told I decided to drive over 80 miles one way to take a look at it. After researching the reviews of other peoples experiences I decided to take the truck to a repair shop to have a used car inspection before I bought it. Man am I glad I did. This truck looked great from the outside, however, when the truck was up on the lift you could see nothing but rust like it had been sitting in water for a long time. One of the leaf springs was broke and missing a 3 inch section. Someone had rigged a section of hose. I seriously doubt I could have ever got the spare tire loose due to all the rust. After looking at the brakes from underneath there is no way anyone looked them over. The list goes on .. I took several pictures of the underside that the pictures don't even do it justice. At this point I told the guy to take if off the lift as I didn't need to look any further.
brought a Chevy cavalier from this auto sales junk yard. to tell you the truth a junk yard has better cars had this car less than a week speedometer does not work the gas gauge is off, cooling fan broke, no antifreeze in car and fuel pump went out car isn't a week from purchase buy from a junk yard first these people give used car dealers their bad name
They lie to get you to buy a car then lie to the finance department and tell them you put doun a down payment and you put down $0 and then you dont get a title ....4 months later the repo the car you cant drive and charge you $7000 for it and then sell it at auction for $300 come on this is a fraud ......i know of two other people who they did this to.....stay away from these shisters......
I bought 2 vehicles from tom and have had no problems with either one. I told him to fix what I saw was wrong with them before I bought them and he agreed to fix at no cost to me. I would buy again from him.
The only positive note is the person who went with me and I had a nice lunch at a local cafe.
When I first got to the establishment I informed Tom that I was going to take the truck down and have it inspected. His response was "that's fine, I have nothing to hide". When I brought it back I told him I would pass on the truck and handed him back the keys. He said "no problem", smiled, turned around and walked back to his office.
I highly suggest anyone who is considering buying a vehicle from this place make sure you get a used car inspection before you do anything else.
