Stykemain Chevrolet Has Absolutely Awesome People Who Care About The Customers As Well As The Vehicles that They Sell And Service
Literally the worst service I have ever received! I've tried contacting Brock and he has not returned any of my calls! You guys ripped me off for $118! You guys didn't think a guy that works at a repair shop would find out!? Come on! There is not a chance that I will tell gm that I'm satisfied. I've already contacted management at gm here in Fort Wayne and I've contact Kelley Cadillac here in Fort Wayne for proof that you guys have ripped me off. The only way I will drop all of this is if I get all my money back that I wasn't even planning on paying because you guys never called me to approve the repair. I got a call for spark plugs and a water pump not air conditioning seals that ran me 250 bucks. There is no way I'm ever doing business with you guys again and I was planning on buying another car from you guys here this fall but I'll definitely scratch that idea.
I bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox from Stymemain in December of 2016. Not two months later, I have a "Service StabiliTrak" light come on along with a "Service Airbag" light. These were minor fixes so I took care of it my self for under $200. A month later, the transmission on the vehicle is shot. Living 160 miles away from this dealership, I didn't have the option to get it checked out at the Stykemain service department. This fix costed me $3200 at Jim and Sons Transmission, a very reputable transmission mechanic. At this point, I've sunk 1/3 of the cost of the vehicle in repairs. I confronted Stykemain about the VERY poor quality of this car, and they responded that I should have had my Equinox diagnosed at the Stykemain dealership. "How am I supposed to get my car from Cleveland to Defiance with no transmission?", I asked. "I'm sorry sir but that's our policy", they responded". After an hour of trying to politely and patiently tell my case, that's all I could get is "that's our policy". This dealership has NO accountability for the cars they sell. They DO NOT care for their customers. I'm not the only victim of the Stykemain dealership's complete disregard for the quality of the cars they sell. Please read the other reviews and you will see this.

I am very disappointed in our purchase at Stykemain Paulding. They bragged about how our Van had blind spot detection and after the first day of getting it home it came up said not working and I looked underneath and the sensors aren't even there and they won't do anything about it. Now on top of all that the alternator just went out as did the battery and now the PCM might need replaced. My complaint is mostly on the blind spot detection because they said it had it. It is suppose to but IT DOESN'T!!! IT'S NOT EVEN THERE! It's like someone just took the sensors out! I am upset about the charging system problem but we have had it a few months now.
